The information provided through the Onta Network Service is not intended to be and does not constitute financial advice or any other advice. It is general in nature and not specific to you. It is not an offer to buy or sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any security, product, service or investment, nor is it a recommendation, endorsement or sponsorship of any security, company or fund.
You should assess carefully whether your financial situation and tolerance for risk is suitable for any transactions you undertake using the Onta Network Service, and you are responsible for conducting your own research before carrying out any transactions through the Onta Network Service.
In order to use the Onta Network Service, you will need to register using your email, set up an account with a password and verify your identity (your "Onta Network Profile").
We recommend that you use a strong password, with a combination of letters, numbers and special characters, with your Onta Network Profile. You must enable 2-factor authentication to access your Onta Network Profile.
Please refer to the security section below for more information about the steps you must take to protect your Onta Network Profile.

We may, from time to time, offer rewards or other promotional programs, such as the Refer-a-Friend programme. These programs are subject to separate terms which will be communicated to you.
It is extremely important for you to keep your Onta Network Profile secure at all times. You are responsible for all transactions initiated through your Onta Network Profile. Where we cannot verify your identity or the validity of your documents, you will be refused an Onta Network Profile.

You may request to close your Onta Network Profile and Multicurrency Account at any time by contacting us. Closure will not be permitted during an investigation of your account or has a non-zero balance. Before proceeding, you must withdraw or transfer any remaining funds. Onta Network may also initiate account closure in the circumstances listed below. Accounts closure resulting in preparatory activities, including account maintenance, processing activities which are subject to administration fee. Onta Network will notify you of your non-zero account balance — since accounts with funds cannot be closed—and give you 14 days to act. If no action is taken, your account will remain open. If consent for the customer's funds withdrawal is given, the balance will be forfeited, and the account will be closed. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
We may immediately end your use of the Onta Network Service and close your Onta Network Profile and Multicurrency Account if:
We may also suspend your use of the Onta Network Service:
We will notify you if we suspend or terminate your use of the Onta Network Service as set out in this clause; however, there may be circumstances where we are prohibited from doing so under applicable law. We will not charge you any fees while your access to the Onta Network Service is suspended. We may also terminate your Onta Network Profile and your use of the Onta Network Service at any time by giving you 2 months' notice.
We'll get in touch with you through the Onta Network Service or the email address you provide on your Onta Network Profile. Onta Network also utilizes AI (artificial intelligence)-powered assistants to enhance customer support by generating initial responses based on our internal knowledge base. These AI-powered responses leverage AI Chat Assistants and advanced reasoning models to provide fast, accurate, and relevant information and advice for inquiries submitted through our Help Center. The AI-driven responses employ algorithms to analyze, summarize, predict, and generate text-based replies using predefined datasets and knowledge sources.
The AI Chat Assistant generates responses based on our internal knowledge base. It automates initial query handling, categorization, and response generation to ensure timely support while complementing human assistance. Users may request to interact with a human agent for personalized support.
Users should engage with the AI Chat Assistant solely for inquiries related to their Onta Network account or services. AI-generated responses are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or contain errors; therefore, users are encouraged to confirm details with a human agent when necessary.
The AI-powered responses do not process, store, or use personal data. By interacting with the AI-powered responses, users acknowledge that the responses are automated and generated using AI.
We will respond to all complaints within 15 business days of receipt, except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. If we are not able to respond within 15 business days due to unforeseen circumstances (for instance, we were unable to receive the complaint), once the complaint has been acknowledged by a member of the Onta Network customer support team, we will endeavour to provide a response to you within 35 business days of receiving your complaint.

You may not copy, imitate, or use any of this intellectual property without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the Onta Network Service, other than the right to use the Onta Network Service, and to download our mobile application on your device in order to access the Onta Network Service, in accordance with these Terms.
Your right to use the Onta Network Service is personal to you and you are not allowed to give this right to any other person. Your right to use the Onta Network Service does not stop us from giving other people the right to use the Onta Network Service.
We may make changes to our Terms and policies from time to time. Where possible, we will notify you at least 2 months in advance of the date of these changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services before the planned commencement date of the new changes. Continuing to use the Onta Network Service means that you accept our new changes.
Certain changes may occur immediately and without notice. This may happen when we are required to make changes by law, or where we make minor changes to these Terms that do not impact your rights and remedies or our obligations. When such changes occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Onta Network Service allows you to purchase services and products, and provides you with content and information that are owned or developed by third parties, or that operate on or are supported by third party networks. We also give no guarantee as to the fitness for purpose of the Onta Network Service for your specific needs. To the extent we are able to do so, we exclude any commitments that may be implied by law.
For any claim, our responsibility to you will be limited to any amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim. If you have not paid us anything, we shall not be responsible to you for any claim arising out of the provision of the Onta Network Service.
In every case, we will never be responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that is caused by a failure by you to comply with these Terms.
Sometimes we might be entitled to be compensated by you, for instance due to a technical error in your favour, when you have a negative balance on your account, or when you use the Onta Network Service in such a way that violates the Terms. In such cases, we shall be entitled to recover any sum due to us by retaining some or all of your available funds or balances that you have stored in your Onta Network Multicurrency Account or cryptoassets you have bought through the Onta Network Service, regardless of what currency or cryptoassets those balances are held in.
Where necessary, we will convert currencies and cryptoassets at the applicable exchange rate.
